Pilot Freight Services, a National Freight Forwarder located in Lima, PA has an immediate opening for a Part-Time Project Coordinator in our Philadelphia office. The hours are 4PM to 8PM, Monday through Friday. This position supports National Accounts as a primary liaison with National/Logistics customers, and Pilot station personnel. Requires taking shipment requests from National Account/Logistics customers, entering shipments into AirTrak based on customer requests, manage and process revisions to shipments already entered in AirTrak, alert pilot stations via phone to confirm a new shipment and/or updates to existing shipments, track and trace shipments, troubleshoot, update Pilot eWMS, contact stations to correct any errors, manage daily and monthly shipment data, and rate shipments in AirTrak as necessary.
Requirements:
Must have excellent communication skills; be detail oriented; have working knowledge of office machines and equipment; possess excellent telephone manner; have ability to handle multiple priorities; and possess good math and problem-solving skills. EOE/AA.
