Our award-winning Zenprise MobileManager�"� software is the first all-in-one platform with monitoring, device management, security, and expense management for BlackBerry, Google Android, iPhone, iPad, Palm and Windows Mobile Description: * Assist in all aspects of administrative duties: * Filing/Making Copies/Scanning/stapling * Assist with other miscellaneous administrative assignments as needed * Answer and greet guests, direct phone calls * send out FedEx, US Mail * order supplies and maintain supply room * order food and stock kitchen, keep kitchens clean * assist executives with expense reports * set up meetings for the executives * contacting board members and their team * maintain good communications with the building manager and security * build and maintain a good relationship with janitorial crew and other vendors * coordinating special company events * maintaining the executive-Ts schedule * facilities management Responsibilities: * Assist Human Resources with various functions: * contact candidates and schedule interviews, make sure the interviews are on track/time * Make flight/hotel/car arrangements for candidates * help with new hire on boarding (creating key cards and name tags)
Requirements: * Knowledge of MS Office * Must be able to lift at least 25 lbs.
Good to have: * Ability and willingness to multitask / juggle various deliverables as required in a fast paced company.
