AUTOMOTIVE WARRANTY ADMINISTRATOR / FLAGGER
AUTOMOTIVE WARRANTY ADMINISTRATOR / FLAGGER

Lund Cadillac, Arizona-Ts Largest Exclusive Cadillac Dealer, is looking for a Warranty Administrator. GM & UCS experience preferred. Applicants must currently be employed as an Automotive Warranty Admin for at least the past 24 months. Excellent benefits and working conditions.

Responsibilities:
* Sound knowledge of the Automotive industry
* Ability to produce accurate, neat and auditable administration
* Filing all warranty paperwork daily
* Ability to computerize tracking of all claims from submission to final payment
* Working on all rejected claims promptly and process warranty claims on a timely basis.
* Ability to interact with the customers and provide support
* Responsible for warranty schedules
* Flagging of all service work performed by technicians/applying appropriate labor operations, concerns and condition codes to claims
* Additional duties include answering of phones, taking care of service lounge, filing and cashiering.
