Title: Project Manager Location: Bloomington, MN Other Locations: null In this Project Management role you will plan, schedule and coordinate global projects from conception to completion for our Gas Turbine System filtration business. You will also perform the following: * Define, develop and drive internal activities based upon internal project toll gate process * Ensure all aspects of performance and functional requirements of the system are met * Make timely decisions and execution of those decisions involving any aspect of the project based on knowledge of the product and the customer to keep project moving forward * Coordinate with sales, drafting, engineering and operations to ensure successful project completion. * Keep team members and senior management informed on project status by creating and maintaining project schedules, costs, issues and performance to established targets * Proactively manage issues, identifying problems and removing potential trouble areas before it impacts the project * Work with suppliers both domestically and overseas to ensure a high quality, cost-effective product is manufactured to the overall project schedule, technical specification and quality control plan * Bachelor''s degree in Engineering or Business. * Minimum 5 years experience in engineering or technical project management in a fast paced environment. * Excellent analytical, problem solving and decision making skills. * Excellent communications skills. * Proven track record of delivering projects on time/ under budget. * Experience in and understanding of a manufacturing environment preferred. * Experience with Microsoft Project preferred. * Experience with gas turbine systems preferred. * PMP certification a plus. * Ability to travel up to 10% required.
