Warehouse Inventory Control Coordinator
Job Descriptions: This position will be responsible for controlling packaging and finished goods inventory in the warehouse. Position will report to the Warehouse Lead and Manager. Will handle the investigation and corrections for all inventory discrepancies. Will develop, implement, and execute an inventory cycle count program. Will monitor all identity preserved controlled items. Will assist with material handling duties. Will serve as backup for warehouse clerk position. Assist Lead and Manager with various Prep and Warehouse projects. This position will play a critical role in terms of our inventory accuracy and lot traceability. DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS * Will be point person for all material related problems. * Responsible for cycle count program for ingredients and finished goods. * Resolve all ERP related issues, questions, and concerns. * Work closely with QA to ensure quality holds are handled properly. * Will publish all inventory KPI related activities. * Develop and implement tracking systems to ensure all personel are following SOP''s. * Generate all bulk ingredient pick lists. * Will work closely with Purchasing to answer question and resolve issues. * Assist the Prep area with reports as needed. * Other duties as defined.
