WORK ACTIVITIES/CONTEXT:

Leads execution of analyses related to own area.
Acts as a representative of area and makes presentations to various internal and external partners and functions.

Responsibilities:
Lead and present timely and actionable projects, including the preparation and communication of analytical efforts and proposals.
Ensure high quality execution of projects, initiatives, cross functional programs, and tasks.
Lead interactions with other teams and departments.
Ensure team experiences a healthy and spirited team Culture where all employees receive the training, experience and nurturing they need to pursue successful careers.
Guide innovation, business process, and tool development ensuring business needs are met.
Support the development and communication of performance appraisals.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent education required.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986.
EDUCATION (Level, and degree if applicable)
High School diploma or equivalency required.
Four year college degree required; aviation, business, finance or economics is preferred
WORK EXPERIENCE:
Four years of experience in airlines or corporate planning required.
2+ years of experience in airline or transportation industry preferred.
Experience with business forecasting preferred.
2+ years of experience with Microsoft products required.
3+years of experience managing all phases of mid to large-scale projects, with special emphasis on business change required.
3+years of experience in project management or strategic consulting required.
PMP certification preferred.
PHYSICAL ABILITIES:
Most activities conducted in typical office environment which requires light lifting to overhead files and shelves.
