Experienced B2B Marketing specialist to cover Maternity Leave for 12 months - Damco, Copenhagen, Denmark

Damco is looking for an experienced B2B marketing specialist to help expand and strengthen the marketing department. for a period of 12 months covering maternity leave. Damco is an international logistics provider in rapid growth and the marketing department is currently undergoing a development to more actively support the sales efforts in Damco and build our name in the industry with a significant pressure to deliver results.
You will be become part of the Centre Marketing Department based in Copenhagen and report to the Global Head of Marketing. The position will challenge you to be innovative in the approach to market as well as develop your stakeholder management skills and offers vast opportunity to influence the future development of the Marketing department.
The position requires frequent interaction with our global organisation as well as Damco customers and some travelling should be expected
Specific Responsibilities:
* Design and roll-out of global & regional marketing campaigns including structuring and developing of fight kits etc.
* Developing of marketing/sales material for specific markets/segments and establishing a corresponding communication plan
* Building central capabilities in developing and implementing new value propositions and over time transfer some of these capabilities to selected regions
* Drive & support branding activities
* Manage content on web and customer extranet
The Ideal Candidate holds:
* Minimum 5 years experience with B2B marketing
* Degree in marketing or communications
* Documented track record with development of sales collateral
* Good interpersonal skills - ability to engage a global organisation
* High drive to get things done
* Good listening skills enabling to engage in local organisations
* Fluency in English both speaking and writing
The position is on local terms in Copenhagen. Start date as soon as possible for a period of 12 months.
