Manufacturing Supervisor (2nd Shift) Koyo Corporation, a subsidiary of the JTEKT Group, is a leading provider of bearings for automotive and other commercial applications currently has an opening for a Manufacturing Group Supervisor in its Orangeburg, SC location. The Manufacturing Group Supervisor directs and coordinates day to day work assignments of the assigned manufacturing department. Specifically the Manufacturing Group Supervisor will: I Coordinate attendance, vacation, absenteeism in conjunction with Department Leader on a daily basis I Provide guidance to Team Members in order to facilitate continuous improvement I Analyzes work problems or assists workers in solving work related problems I Enforces company policies, rules and procedures to associates I Provide training to Team Members as needed I Ensures associates are working safely, following all safety rules and procedures I Other management responsibilities as assigned Qualified candidates must have a two year degree and/or a minimum of 3-5 years experience in management in an industrial setting and the ability to work 2nd or 3rd shift. Previous supervision experience is required for this position. Local candidates from the Orangeburg/Columbia area only please. No relocation assistance offered.
