Title: Recruitment Officer Location: Intra Gulf-Doha The Recruitment Officer is responsible for ensuring effective and timely recruitment in accordance with the approved manpower plan. Supporting the recruitment strategies by undertaking selection campaigns overseas and locally you will have accountability for advertising, short listing candidates, interviewing and the selection processes. You will maintain strong relationships with internal contacts apply best practice methodology and ensure local legal requirements and procedures are met.
We are looking for candidates with proven client relationship management skills and the ability to apply flexibility in order to meet the changing demands of the business.
