The role of Senior Commercial Officer OCC is to manage a team of Commercial OCC Officers and to add a pan-commercial dimension to all operational disruption decisions.
* Ensure the team is motivated to deliver and has the right skills & tools to optimize commercial customer experience. * Design and implement the processes needed by the team and develop a plan for introduction of automation to further improve decision making process. * Design, implement and update the Commercial OCC Manual. * Formulate and present Commercial OCC performance measures and reporting. * Present the benefits of OCC to Sales. Qualifications and Requirements:
* Bachelor degree, preferably in economics, finance, statistics, mathematics, engineering, operations research, or computer science. * 3-5 years of total working experience in a commercial role. * 3 years experience in Revenue Management with an operational bias. * Use of Amadeus, DCS, Altea/LSY, AIMS, Business Objects. * The candidate must possess strong quantitative skills and advanced problem solving capabilities.null
