Position will resolve level one and two i2 issues submitted by the shipment management coordinators and business/operational owners for tariffs/entities and planning; Provides feedback and accurate reporting as well as recommendations to drive continuous improvement at an account and operational level.
High school diploma plus four years related experience required. Previous experience and proficiency with i2 TM software required. Strong analytical and computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel required.
Previous supervisory or experience working with customers or carriers preferred. Candidate must possess excellent communications skills, both written and verbal, and have a strong professional presence. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to multi-task. Bachelors degree in Transportation Management, Logistics, or Business Administration preferred.
Responsible for planning 1-4 accounts across multiple shifts Maintaining account specific process documents Trouble shooting process errors Identifying automation opportunities and suggesting continuous process improvements. Also responsible for 3-4 Client or Ryder procured accounts Management of the OLS database for assigned accounts Pulling route guides from MILES to assist in resolving tariff related issues Validating zones and building delivery schedules Working a rotating weekend shift to migrate tariffs and entities into multiple i2 Transportation Manager Environments Building and maintaining complex Ryder procured tariffs (parcel, international, heavy air, etc) and any client procured contracts; Design and present account trainings for order management groups Support and maintain standard customer and operational reporting i.e. monthly reporting on OLS issues and shell usage.
