2nd Shift Shipping- Equipment Operator (Sign On Bonus)

Currently hiring for 2nd Shift Shipping

We are hiring Warehouse Equipment Operators to join our team for 2nd shift (7:00 pm - 3:30 am) Monday - Friday. Overtime required as scheduled.

• New Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour

• $1000 sign on bonus

• Monthly Incentive Bonuses **** Eligible for up to an additional $5.50/hr for high performance****

Qualifications:

• 1 - 2 years' warehouse experience preferred.

• Strong work ethic and willingness to work extra hours beyond regular shift hours.

• Drive to excel in fast-paced environment

• Responsible for accurately and safely completing general warehouse tasks.

Physical requirements:

• Ability to bend, twist, stretch, push, pull, carry and lift up to 50 lbs.

• Comfortable standing and/or walking for up to 12 hours.

Responsibilities:

• Operate powered industrial equipment, including but not limited to stand-up forklifts, in accordance with OSHA guidelines and Ferguson safe operating procedures

• Assemble containers and maintain supplies in an organized manner.

• Effectively communicate with co-workers and display teamwork in completing task assignments.

• Maintain inventory integrity and product safety at all times.

• Complete tasks using hand-held RF units / scanners.

• Follow all established standard operating procedures for given tasks.

• Participate in associate meetings and communicate any concerns to management.

• Perform all job duties in accordance with OSHA standards and abide by all policies, rules, regulations, and procedures set by the organization

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.
