Description

• Manages and tracks all shipping through multiple vendors

• Builds and completes all load sheets Completes customer required paperwork

• Assists on the dock to ensure all deliveries are timely

• Ensures all paperwork is complete and accurate

• Responds timely to Account Managers and customers' requests

• Manages and tracks shipping expenses

• Able to navigate through multiple computer programs

• Ensures all loads are counted and accurate

• Maintains a safe and clean work environment

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High School degree or equivalent

• Ability to understand all required training, written and verbal instructions

• Solid computer skills including a working knowledge of Microsoft Office

• Good verbal and/or written communication skills. Must be able to understand and communicate in English

• Bilingual is beneficial

• Working knowledge of basic math skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Ability to meet attendance schedule.
