As the Distribution & Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for improving field operations delivery efficiencies, maximizing the effective utilization of vehicles, customer-related pricing review and implementing process improvements through technology.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes business processes and utilizes technology to improve productivity and profitability

• Optimizes delivery routing logistics and assists distribution centers in implementation of best practices utilizing integrated software

• Drives, manages and oversees the deployment of 4-day/10 hour/6-day work schedules for the purpose of improving delivery efficiency

• Responsible for the oversight of our Price Standardization and Forecast pricing procedures to support field operations through webinars and reporting

• Provides remote monitors to improve customer delivery efficiency and provide the necessary reporting/feedback on the results of the program on an as-needed basis

• Assists the Distribution Centers in blending customer acquisitions to capture route integration from our vehicle and staffing utilization

• Analyzes service business processes to improve productivity and profitability

Qualifications

• BS degree; preferably in Business

• 3 - 5 years' experience route distribution and/or logistics

• Knowledge of general industry regulations and safety standards

• Familiarity with ADD Systems preferred
