Driver

Looking for an experienced truck driver who is comfortable operating a box truck.

Shift 6AM to 7pm based on the route for the day

Pay: 18+ an hour based on experience

Description:

Route driver who distributes batteries to local garages, dealerships, they will be driving large truck (6 Bay side loader 3 roll doors on each side) with the batteries. Will be interacting with customers when delivering batteries, need to have customer service orientated attitude. Will be driving for the whole shift. They do have a route that could go over night as well.

Position also includes:

? Sell new batteries.

? Invoice all units that fail to last warranty period.

? Rotate batteries.

? Collect money.

? Maintain the route by keeping displays clean and keeping dealer list up to date.

? Service each dealer.

? Set up new accounts.

? Establish, build and maintain good dealer relationships.

Must have clean driving record. CDL a plus

? Prior sales experience highly desirable.

? Good communication skills.

? Strong customer service skills.

? High school diploma or GED equivalent.

? Current, valid state driver's license.

? Read, write and compute basic math.

? Minimum 2 years demonstrated sales, customer service and delivery experience a plus

? Complete documentation on time.

? Collect and return junk and/or used batteries to distributorship.
