General Laborer / Construction Worker

We are hiring for General Labor and Construction workers for a role that would be a more of a general production worker in an outdoor manufacturing facility. We love anyone with experience in Construction, manual labor, manufacturing assembly or roofing. So anyone with experience in using hand tools and power tools would be a great fit and easy to train. This is an indoor facility and a great place to grow your career with regular bonuses. The Production Worker's responsibilities include using hand tools and power tools and moving materials around with Forklifts within the facility.

If you have forklift experience then we also have roles dealing with forklift operating around the yard moving products and loading trucks.

Shift: Day Shift: Monday - Friday 7 am - 4 pm

Job Description:

• Operate tools and machinery safely and effectively.

• Organize and lay out materials, pieces and hardware

• Loading finished product onto pallets and assist with preparing for shipment.

• Keeping a clean work area throughout the day - sweeping excess material and recycling pieces

• Working off of work orders/blueprints to retrieve wood and other materials for the lead operator.

• Work off of production orders, blueprints and instructions

• Prepping cores that are made from porcelain to go through the waxing process

• Assuring products are prepared for robotic systems to go through slurry and coating process.

• Set up and operate equipment.

• Set speed and feed to suit product requirements

• Work off of production orders, packing specifications, and instructions

Skills: these are helpful but not at all necessary as we will train with any hand tools, power tools and equipment. Construction , general laborers , Laborer, Manual Labor.
