Performs a variety of tasks ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive production assembly operations. Works from visual aids, method layouts, diagrams, schematics, process flow sheets, and written or verbal assembly instructions. May conduct quality inspections on the processing line in accordance with quality specifications. May disassemble, modify, rework, reassemble, and test experimental or prototype assemblies and subassemblies. Must be able to follow written procedures and recognize when to notify supervisor when equipment problems occur Ability to perform in a continuous manufacturing environment Must have the ability to work safely with a variety of manufacturing processes Manual dexterity in working with small parts
