Join Lineage's 7th Annual Operations Management Trainee Program and immerse yourself in every aspect of our operations. Please note - upon graduation, candidate must be willing to relocate to our Hazelton, PA site.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Engage in educational sessions focused on fundamental concepts and leadership principles.

• Learn through hands-on experience alongside experienced leaders, following the shadow-do-lead methodology.

• Assist in achieving warehouse performance targets related to cost, productivity, customer service, and profitability.

• Support the day-to-day management of operational procedures, including product movement, resource allocation, and documentation.

• Ensure compliance with local safety regulations, fostering a culture of safety among team members.

• Complete all playbook tasks and obtain sign-off by the program's conclusion.

• Meet performance goals and targets set by upper management upon accepting the position.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business management, logistics management, or a related field; or equivalent experience (2 years relevant civilian or military experience).

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.

• Eagerness to learn from the ground up and develop necessary skills for success.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with individuals at all organizational levels.

• Effective presentation skills for communicating with customers, clients, and employees.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for navigating ambiguity.

• Ability to work in various temperature environments, including cold storage (-20°F/-25°C) and dry storage (up to 100°F/37°C), while adhering to safety protocols and wearing provided protective gear.

• Comfortable with varying noise levels, as some locations may be loud.
