Johnson & Johnson located in Irvine, CA is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Supervisor to join our team.
This is full-time position offering full benefits and 401K options.
1st Shift: 6AM-2:30PM Monday-Friday (overtime as required)
Pay Rate: $36-$44 Hourly depending on experience
Location: Irvine, CA
The Manufacturing Supervisor will work in a Pilot Line clean room environment to support the building and development of multiple catheter products. The primary job is to supervise Pilot line assemblers and technicians supporting various projects.
Day to day supervision of cleanroom assemblers and technicians supporting various programs.
Ensuring team readiness to support various project critical activities with minimal impact to project timelines.
Responsible for timely completion and no delays to work order completions.
Ability to schedule and forecast completion timelines.
Responsible for team productivity, yield metrics.
Able to communicate daily and escalate any delays and bottlenecks to appropriate managers and engineers.
Document and report personnel performance and any employee relations related issues to management.
Accountable to develop and execute the training plan based on program needs.
Follow all procedures, maintain checklists, and recommend improvements to ensure compliance with EHS and Quality policies.
Complete, maintain, and verify documentation such as Device History Records per GDP and GMP requirements.
Maintain compliance with GMP, ISO, SOP, and safety guidelines.
Maintain clean and organized workstation.
Knowledgeable of the basic processes for catheter construction.
