Summary:

Production worker for yard shipping and receiving operations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Decanting containerized shipments with telehandler and/or forklift.

• Loading truck castings onto flatbed trailers for shipment.

• Palletizing and banding truck castings for shipment.

• Staging material for shipments

• Inspecting staged material for accuracy.

• Scanning material barcodes for inventory control.

• Repainting castings.

• Adding and removing brackets on truck castings.

• Transferring material from yard to welding shop.

• Relief support for warehouse operations.

• Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Forklift experience (telehandler experience preferred but not required)

• Experience with hand tools (i.e. pneumatic power tools, torque wrench etc)

• Inventory control experience

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

HS Diploma or GED

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• Ability to lift 50lbs.

• Bending, standing, kneeling, stooping

• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions (cold, heat, rain etc.)
