Job Description

We are seeking dedicated picker/packers to join our team on the day shift. In this role, you will be responsible for pulling inventory, packaging products, and preparing them for shipment according to pick tickets. You will also support our e-commerce shipments and occasionally communicate with customers over the phone to address any errors with their orders.

Responsibilities

• Pull inventory and prepare items for shipment.

• Package products following pick ticket instructions.

• Support e-commerce shipment processes.

• Communicate with customers over the phone to resolve order issues.

Essential Skills

• 1+ year of picking/packing experience.

• Warehouse experience.

• Customer service oriented.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with forklifts or pallet jacks is a plus.

Work Environment

Work in a non-climate controlled warehouse environment with plans to move to a new facility in Katy next year, just 10 minutes from the current location. Join a team of less than 10 warehouse workers now, with expectations to double in size. The position is on the day shift, Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 6 PM, with flexibility required for earlier start times as needed.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Katy, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $17.00/hr.
