Responsibilities

Position Summary:

Directly supervises employees in the Dining Room Department. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization''s policies and applicable laws. This position will manage and supervise employees, including training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; addressing complaints and resolving problems. This position may act as manager two days per week in order to maintain manager coverage throughout the week. Supervises and participates in the organization and delivery of all dining services to residents. Demonstrates and supports the mission and values of Dominican Oaks, and applies the Dominican Oaks philosophy while performing daily job tasks.

Qualifications

Minimum:

• Six months dining service experience.

• Six months supervisory experience.

• High School Diploma/GED

• Current CA Food Handler certification

Pay Range

$21.66 - $29.78 /hour
