PeopleReady of Santa Paula, CA is now hiring Unloader / Loaders! As a Unloader / Loader, you will do processing fresh moss upon delivery until dried and repacked by bins and pallets.

Pay Rate

The pay rate for this job is $16 / Hour

What you'll be doing as a Unloader / Loader:

• Unload the truck's containers and product

• Stack the product and pallets, product can weigh 20-50lbs

• Count pallets, although usually reserved for supervisors and managers

• Take raw material and dive it into cold water (moss)

• Then lay out the material using shovels and pitch forks (manual labor) (laid out by square footage)

• Product is laid out/placed in a shaded area for drying

• Pack the dried material back into 40lb pallet

Available shifts

Shift timings -  1st Shift (Day) and Weekends

Job requirements

• Strong work ethic 

• Lift 50lbs

• Standing for the duration of the shift

• Open to working overtime
