We are seeking a proactive and skilled Warehouse Lead to join our dynamic team. As a Warehouse Lead, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse facility. You will be responsible for coordinating and directing warehouse activities, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to safety protocols. The ideal candidate will possess ideal leadership qualities, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to maintaining a smooth workflow. Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and supervise warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure productivity and morale are maintained at high levels.

• Oversee inventory control processes, including receiving, storing, and issuing products. Ensure accurate inventory counts and timely replenishment of stock to meet operational demands.

• Streamline warehouse operations by implementing efficient workflows, optimizing layout, and utilizing resources effectively to meet production goals.

• Implement and enforce quality assurance procedures to maintain product integrity and minimize errors. Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with company standards.

• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and promote a culture of safety awareness among warehouse staff. Conduct regular safety training and inspections to mitigate risks and prevent accidents.

• Coordinate maintenance and repair of warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems, to ensure optimal performance and safety.
