Warehouse Team Lead - 2nd Shift

Your Role

You will report to a Manager and have general responsibility for coordinating and supervising daily logistics activities to ensure the full and efficient operation of your assigned area. You will work Monday - Friday, 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm, and will be paid weekly at $19.50 per hour.

Your Responsibilities

• You will make recommendations to the Warehouse Supervisor on processes to set up goals and improve operations

• Operatematerial handling equipment

• Directthe activities of warehouse associates

• Helpdevelop processes to ensure the efficient operation and use of all warehouseequipment

• Implementprocesses to ensure the safety of all personnel, equipment, and property

• Overseethe warehouse housekeeping program

• Ensure current, accurate inventory control and that customer orders are picked andshipped

• Follow health andsafety policies that follow company and OSHA regulations??

• Beavailable to work overtime and weekends?

Your Skills and Experiences

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 2+years of experience in a warehouse environment

• Atleast 1 year of experience in a supervisory role

• Forkliftoperating experience including a reach truck and order/cherry forklift trucks

• Experience with Manhattan, SAP or any other WMS (Warehouse Management System)

• Experience with MicrosoftOutlook and Excel for data entry and maintaining spread sheets

• Basictechnical and math skills
