Key player in the rise of CLT talks milestones, future of American Airlines hub

In less than two months, a new leader in charge of American Airlines’ operations at Charlotte Douglas International Airport will stand at the helm. Terri Pope, who serves as vice president for American Airlines’ hub operations in Charlotte, announced in March she would retire from the position on June 2.
